SwayBar is good for the road / bad for Offroad. I wish someone :) (ACfab?) would create an Electric/Magnetic remote swaybar disconnect. Until then - rally style it is!

Please send a how-to, it will be useful. I return a "Baofeng" to Amazon and purchased a TIDRADIO UV-5R that TX on all GMRS freq. that was my workaround.

First, thanks for your (and your beautiful wife's) lead on the trail and outstanding organization. It was a memorable experience with a bonus carnage score of 1 (flat tire :) ).
As a lesson learned from the communications on the trail, I suggest using in the future the GMRS channel...
It depends on the brand of the radio, but most of the time - the GMRS radio can "listen" also to different bands also. I programmed my " Radioddity GM-30 to the SCB bands, so I can monitor the conversations. I also got a
TIDRADIO UV-5R of Amazon can transmit on all HAM and GRMS bands...
