Thanks!Just for the record, I've had the Event in BN updated and corrected. I also had them add pointers to here and a LITTLE more explanation of what the event was and how it works (or doesn't). LOL
Same forum this thread is in, the regular BBBB Forum. I archived all the old stuff so everything is current. Feel free to check out my Notes for Run Leaders post if you need any pointers, but I know you're already a veteran at this.I'm going to lead a couple runs this year, Gold Mountain on Thursday, and a medium type multi trail run through Holcomb Valley Saturday. Where is the best place to post the run threads?

Hello and welcome to So Cal Broncos! I think the most important thing to know about BBBB is that it is different than most other organized events in that it is...well...not organized. It's mostly just a date on the calendar that Bronco enthusiasts converge on Big Bear to hit the trails. So there's no on-site information kiosk or event organizers to point you in the right direction. It mostly boils down to showing up with either a pre-arranged plan on how to enjoy the weekend, or a willingness to just show up and "get in where you fit in." That said, we do try to make some useful information available to those who have never been to BBBB before. You can get the basic information HERE. After that, join in the discussions here on the forum, where some of the runs that folks have volunteered to lead and welcome whoever wants to join them, have been posted. You can ask questions in any of those threads or start a new thread of your own with any specific questions. Or you can ask them here in this thread if you prefer. Please note that we do have several Facebook groups where discussions are also taking place, so what you see here isn't necessarily the sum total of the talks happening among those who are attending. But this is your best place to start. So go through the threads in the BBBB section here on the forum and if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.I am totally new to this and would love to join, How do I even start? I am in the central Valley area here in northern Ca. I would like to come up for Saturday and Sunday. I need easy trails as this willl be my first time taking the bronco on a trail.
