Folks,
I'm getting a lot of questions about what to bring while you're out on the trail. Attached is a list of things, along with some general advice. Note that for easy trails you probably don't need the recovery gear, or the tools, etc. However, these are things you'll want to have when you run more difficult trails anyway, so I just take them with me all the time, you never know. Also, this is my opinion, and what I bring. Your milage may very, and some other folks might have addition things that they bring. Also, this is for your typical single day run. If you're going to be spending a night or two on the trail there are some other things that you're going to need.
