DATE : Saturday June 7th

Not seeing a lot a chatter or trails listed & nothing for Saturday yet so I thought I would offer this one up .
It is a moderate trail with elevation changes some narrow shelves, some off camber sections and a few rocks thrown in here & there, but shouldn't be too crazy. Good views of Johnson Valley, Lucerne Valley, Cougar Buttes, Apple Valley, Barstow, Mojave Road, Calico and at night even Las Vegas off in the distance, not that I plan on staying out there at night .

We will be traveling 1/2 way up Holcomb Creek Rd from the west end, then cutting across Hitchcock which will take us up to Holcomb Valley heading west to White Mountain. From here we'll jump down Grapevine Canyon onto Coxey Rd to complete our loop.

Plan on a full day so bring lunch, water a good attitude & whatever else will help keep you happy for a day on the trail
