BBBBXXV Run - Sunday - Difficult - Heartbreak Ridge Rowe/Bogner Memorial Run

2022 wildtrak 4 door. branden L
I got you.
broke rear shocks, i will not make it for this run sry. cant get the ones i want in time
Thanks for the heads up. Maybe post up what shock you need, somebody might have a take-off laying around after upgrading, that they might bring up to the Bash for you. Two bolts and a jack and you're back in business for the weekend.

This So Cal Broncos Memorial Run will honor our fallen brothers USMC Major Alan Rowe, who was KIA in Iraq in 2004, and Danny Bogner, US Army Vietnam Vet, who passed away in 2024. Danny was one of the key movers in creating the Alan Rowe Monument on Heartbreak Ridge back in 2005, and proudly led the Alan Rowe Memorial Run every year since then. Last year we were honored to add Danny's monument to this cherished place on Heartbreak Ridge so we could pay our respects to both heroes while enjoying a challenging run for the last day of Big Bear Bronco Bash XXV.

NOTE THAT THIS YEAR THE MEMORIAL RUN FALLS ON FLAG DAY! So please fly Old Glory and deck your out rig appropriately as we honor both of these American heroes.
  • DATE & TIME: Sunday, June 14, 9:00 AM (departure time, please arrive early)
  • TRAIL RATING: Medium/Hard (last year the trail was harder than we expected, it could be worse this year)
  • TRAILS: 2N01 Broom Flats to 2N61Y Round Valley to Heartbreak Ridge
  • STAGING LOCATION: VONS supermarket parking lot on Big Bear Blvd. Please use the area farthest from storefronts. Google Maps LINK
  • COMMS: Race/ham frequency 146.535 (SCB-GEN on our frequency list - see here)
This trail is always changing, and can range anywhere from Medium to Difficult depending on how it fared through the winter storms. Just be prepared for anything from a cakewalk to a fairly technical trail. I would suggest minimum 33's and one locker, and rocker protection on 4-door 6G's or short/no lift.

If you'd like to join us on this run, post in this thread with your name and rig description and I'll add you to the list.
