Tell us what year Bronco and what your goals and expectations are. For example lift blocks are cheap but not the best performance. Also, I'll move the thread to the appropriate year range tech section once we know what generation of Bronco you're working with. Finally, if that H stands for Hargis, welcome back! If it stands for something else, still welcome!Need to get the lift before bash. Any advise on best options 5.5? Thanks
Glad to see you back in the saddle Eric! Hey even if you don't have that '72 ready to go yet, consider coming up to the Bash at least for Saturday to hang out, enjoy the BBQ and tell lies with old friends. As for your question, I value low center of gravity so I would recommend the 3-1/2" lift. If you're running 37's you can get enough tire clearance with some sheetmetal trimming. I'm not that savvy with the current state of the art of aftermarket suspension systems for the EB's but I'm sure either Duff's or Wild Horses are among the best. I do like the long arms from Duff's. That's going to be more important for articulation than the spring height.Hey Dusty, thanks for responding. Yes, this is Eric hargis from the past! I find myself owning a 1972. I want to do a buy once cry once lift. I'm torn between 3 and 1/2 and 5 and 1/2. The main goals are good off-road articulation performance... And not too difficult on the street. Trying to make it to bash this year but I have a lot of stuff to do on the rig and.... Getting a little discouraged with the progress. Good to hear from you buddy
