BBBB XXIV - Friday Easy+ Run - Upper Holcomb and Delmar Mountain

Folks,

I'm trying something new, and deciding ahead of time about radios/frequencies, etc. So, can you all let me know what kind of radio you have? Ham, GRMS, both? Or if yo udon't have one at all? That will help me figure this out.
 
Also I noticed you have Channel 17 for the radio. That’s a repeater output channel so while its high power we can have some interference from repeaters transmitting on it.

I’d suggest channels 1-7 as an alternative.

Yup, but I checked all the nearby repeaters and there’s none I know about that use that channel and that’s the c reason I picked it. But maybe it would be good to choose a backup, hmmm…
