BBBBXXI - THURSDAY Run List & Signups

What you're referring to is an Adventure Pass, and no, they do not apply to what we do.
Thank you so much. Yes. I think that is what I was thinking of... I wasn't always a "saint" but it's much easier than being that hell-raisin' trouble maker from my 20's.
one more question... any problem brining a dog (tethered in the back) on trails?... with this group? And thanks.. hope to see you all on Thursday sometime ;-)

No problem at all with dogs. We all love dogs. You'll find that this group only has one rule: don't be an asshole.

We have a Boston Terrier, she is with us on all the runs. Most of the runs are quite lengthy, so plan for being out most of the day. We always bring a meal for our dog, and plenty of water, you never know when you’ll make it back to town.

Same can be said for the humans in your Bronco. I always bring plenty of water and at least some snacks if not a meal for the humans as well. :-)

One last Q.. Do we need or a good idea to have a walkie talkie? And what is most universal? Or just save money for beers?

We prefer VHF 2-way radios. There's a thread that discusses the frequencies we commonly use in So Cal Broncos, HERE.

I’ll not be able to make it to the run today that i signed up for gold mountain. Something came up and will hopefully be coming up later tonight.

FYI... there is a HUGE chance that we will miss the 1pm start for Skyline drive... we may just do it when we get there... sure we won't catch up, but let us know what "channel" you're on, we'll see if i programed the radio correctly ;)

I'll be leading this run and I'll be on a ham frequency 146.535 , I'll also have a race radio if I get it charged in time and I'll post that channel
