Spare Tire Mount

I'm looking for spare tire mount options and haven't seen anything I like yet. I'm not sure if the stock style can handle a 37" tire.

Check out Protofab 4X4. They have some nice rear bumpers with tire carriers for the OJB's.

I modified mine. As supplied it put the spare way too high, I think that I lowered it almost 6 inches. That's a 35-12.50R15 bolted on it in the pic.
If you order anything custom do not assume anything, make sure that it is spelled out in the quote. If it's not there they won't do it. Mine was supposed to delete the receiver hitch and it wasn't on the quote even though it had been thoroughly discussed. I had to delete it myself and patch the holes.

37” on your EB? I got a bumper for the taking that i had on mine that i had a 35” before i switched to a profab.

37" on my Centurion, and that tire is heavy. I'll find something. For now, its riding in the back.

I was thinking that maybe a pivot could be added to the existing bumper, but if that one is like those that I'm familiar with it really doesn't have the structure needed. Especially for a 37. You'd need to build such structure inside/behind it. Which is doable, but not a small project.
Tire Gate maybe? Brace your wallet. https://wilcooffroad.com/collections/hitchgates

Seeing your gas cap door reminds me, have you seen these?
It is held on with 3M VHB which makes it a reversible mod if that's a concern. I liked mine so much that I bought one for the 4rnnr too.

If you order anything custom from them be sure that all of your requests are listed on the quote. We had discussed features that I wanted deleted over multiple phone calls and was repeated told that those requests would be no problem. So imagine my surprise when the bumper showed up with those features in place. That was bad enough, but the attitude when I called to find out what could be done about them sealed the deal. I will NEVER do business with them again. Can not recommend.
