Hello all Bronco Babes! It's that time again for the 2nd annual SCB Ladies Run on Friday, June 7. This is a LADIES ONLY, (no men or children in the vehicle) trail run where you will be among other Bronco Ladies getting some seat time on your own, using those modes and 4 wheel drive and learning about what your Bronco can do for you. This run will be open to all Broncos and their lady drivers. No experience off-roading? First time off pavement? No problem! I have 25+ years wheeling in all kinds of terrain and have been promoting Women drivers in their Broncos to build driving confidence and trail experience. We’ve got this! 🙌

We will meander through the forest and come across some areas where you can challenge yourself. I will lead and spot you through any and all obstacles so that you feel comfortable and safe. My purpose is to get you out in your Bronco so that you feel comfortable engaging in mild to moderate offroad trail running. I will cover airing down, communication and trail etiquette as well and show you some beautiful areas in the Big Bear area of the San Bernardino Mountains. This will be a short ride approximately 3-4 hours. Do plan on bringing a lunch or snack as we will stop for a quick lunch break before we head back down the mountain..

Please respond to this thread if you have any questions, comments, concerns etc. If you have a radio or handheld communication device (not mandatory for this run) I will be posting up the frequencies in the next post.

Here are some quick details.

Hi there Maria! You can't actually add your own name to the list since the list resides in Steffie's post and you can't edit her post. Simply indicate that you'd like to join the run (as you finally did in your last post), and she will manually put your name on her list next chance she gets :)

BTW I was curious why you used a phone number for your handle on this forum?

I don’t know how my phone number ended up as my username. I think it was an autofill error and I didn’t catch it. I can’t change it now until June 12th for some reason. Uggghhh, that’s not what I was trying to do 🤣

@619-972-7670 I might be able to change it for you in Admin, if you want. Just let me know what you'd like it to be and I'll be happy to see if I can do it.
