The Big Bear Bronco Bash BBQ is going down! Saturday June 10th at the Moose. The SCB Grillmaster Crew will be throwing down the usual tasty dinner for you all. Venmo/PayPal links below for donations. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

P.S. If you happen to have a Weber charcoal grill, please bring it. We could use about three of them.

Just to be clear, the BBQ is free to participate in, as is Big Bear Bronco Bash itself. Even if you had empty pockets, you would be welcome and be fed. The donations are optional, and help the Grillmasters cover costs so we encourage everyone who is able and willing, to do so. That said, pre-donating is optimal, because it both gives them an idea of how many folks to prepare food for as well as provides the money up front to cover their costs. But they do set up a tip jar for those who wish to contribute on-site or add a tip in person even if they pre-donated. We've been doing it this way for many years but I think it's even more important now because with all of the new people flooding into our Bronco community due to the new 6G Broncos, it's hard to gauge how many people to expect based on past BBBB's.
 
I have a 26" weber I could probably squeeze in if grills are still needed.

What are you cooking? and if you need any help I'm decent with a grill or I could just help with the clean up or whatever.
 
What time does the BBQ usually start? Hoping to know if we'll be able to stay for it by next week.

@Kirk did you find enough BBQs?

For those asking, we always need volunteers to help serve food and help with clean-up. Just jump in where you see a need or ask one of the BBQ masters. Dinner time depends on how the morning wheeling trip went for our BBQ masters and when they can get started. Anywhere from 6-7pm is about the time we can stuff our faces.

Who is bringing the Flabongo for the after-dinner partayyyy? I'll bring some kinda yummy shots as long as @Steffiesharp and I don't finish them before the bbq!
